Panel of Administrators' (POA) Decisions by Year
From 1995 to 2003, WorkSafeBC’s governing body was a Panel of Administrators (POA). Like the current Board of Directors, the POA made policy decisions that affected the workers and employers of British Columbia.
Copies of POA decisions are available to the public and other interested stakeholders. Following each monthly meeting, a summary of the decisions was posted, along with a copy of the formal Resolution of the POA.
WorkSafeBC is committed to open communications with its stakeholders. If you have any questions about the decisions made by the POA, you may contact the Policy, Regulation and Research Department for further information. Policy and regulation decisions made by WorkSafeBC’s Panel of Administrators can be reviewed by year, or searched using the search tool below.
