We’ve restarted our services that involve mail, including sending payments by cheque through Canada Post. Any cheques not picked up by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 3, will be sent by mail. Learn more or contact us for help.

Keeping your employer account current during postal delays

WorkSafeBC mail related to your employer account may be delayed following the postal disruption. This includes your payroll reports, invoices for Personal Optional Protection (if you have this coverage), and information related to the status of your account.
