When people have a work-related injury or disease, we help them get the health care and rehabilitation services they need. This may include a visit to a pharmacy.
Pharmacist guidelines
When an injured worker with an approved claim requires prescription drugs or medical supplies, we may cover the cost. The worker’s physician needs to prescribe medications, bandages, and other supplies, and send us the medical reports to verify their necessity.

Worker Supply and Services Claim (Form 3A)
Use this form to request reimbursement for approved medical supplies and services.
Vocational rehabilitation expenses are now submitted using Form 3B – Voc Rehab Expense Reimbursement.
