Discussion Paper - Surface Supply Diving

WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved the release of two additional 2014 proposed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation for consultation:

• 1. Part 12, Tools, Machinery and Equipment, relating to new sections for roll-on/roll-off containers
• 2. Part 24, Diving, Fishing and other Marine Operations, relating to allowing a surface supply diver to act as a standby in the water.

Consultation closed December 31, 2013.
