Becoming a provider in B.C.
If you're operating a clinic or facility in B.C. and want to work with WorkSafeBC to provide hearing aid services, you must be part of our network of hearing aid service providers. Please see below for information on joining our network of providers.
Getting started
In order to be a contracted provider, you must:
- Operate a clinic or facility in B.C. with a with registered audiologist.
- Submit a Vendor Application Form (VAF) for Hearing Aid Provider Services in B.C.'s Underserviced Areas (Form 19D204) by email to procurement@worksafebc.com.
It is WorkSafeBC’s intention to award contracts to providers who meet the application requirements. Interested providers can contact procurement@worksafebc.com for more information.
Open application process
At this time, we will keep the application process open to continue to receive applications and issue contracts to eligible providers.

If you're operating a clinic or facility in a province and/or territory outside of B.C. and want to work with WorkSafeBC to provide hearing aid services, you must be part of our network of hearing aid service providers. Please see below for information on joining our out-of-province network of providers.
Getting started
In order to be a contracted provider, you must:
- Operate a clinic or facility within a province or territory outside of B.C. with a registered audiologist.
- Submit a Vendor Application Form (VAF) for Out-of-Province Hearing Aid Provider Services (Form 19D205) by email to procurement@worksafebc.com.
It is WorkSafeBC’s intention to award contracts to providers who meet the application requirements. Interested providers can contact procurement@worksafebc.com for more information.
