Becoming a provider
To become a Hand Therapy provider with us, you must be a Certified Hand Therapist, registered and in good standing with either the College of Physical Therapists of B.C. or the College of Occupational Therapists of B.C., and be awarded a contract through our open procurement process.
How to submit an application
Please follow these instructions to complete and submit an application. This application process is open to all hand therapy providers who do not currently have a contract with WorkSafeBC.
- Download the Vendor Application Form, save the file, and open it in Acrobat Reader (a free application). Review the sample contract and reference manual attached to the form.
- Complete, sign, and date the Vendor Application Form.
- Ensure supporting documentation requested within the Vendor Application Form is attached to your application.
- Submit your application by clicking the Submit button on the form.
WorkSafeBC intends to award contracts to providers that meet the application requirements.

At this time, we will keep the application process open and continue to receive applications and issue contracts to eligible providers.
