Our Policy, Regulation and Research Department is requesting feedback on proposed amendments to Part 4, General Conditions, sections 4.24 to 4.31.2 — Harassment and Violence, of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. The consultation phase gives stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback prior to the proposed amendments being taken to public hearing.
