The Board of Directors approved the release of a Discussion Paper for consultation regarding the occupational exposure limits for styrene. At issue was whether WorkSafeBC should maintain the occupational exposure limits established in WorkSafeBC Policy R5.48-1, or adopt the threshold limit values set by American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
