Consumer Price Index adjustment - November 27, 2008 - Sections 17, 18 & Schedule C of the Act as it Read Immediately Prior to June 30, 2002
Section 35.2 of the Act requires WorkSafeBC to adjust dollar amounts in sections 17, 18 & schedule C of the Act as it read immediately prior to June 30, 2002. These adjustments are made annually, effective January 1, 2009. These adjustments are authorized by a Board Minute.
