At its November meeting, the Board of Directors approved amendments to the application statement of the previously approved policy amendment for policy item #66.00, General Rule for Determining Long-Term Average Earnings. These policy changes in the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II, were originally approved by the Board of Directors in July 2015, with an application statement providing that the changes apply to "all decisions made on or after January 1, 2016." The Board of Directors has revised the application statement so that the revised policy now applies to "all decisions, including appellate, on or after January 1, 2016."
