The Board of Directors  approved the retirement from policy status of 81 Decisions from volumes 1 - 6 (Decisions 1 - 423) of the Workers' Compensation Reporter, effective October 21, 2003.

The retirement of these Decisions eliminated multiple sources of policy, thereby reducing confusion about rights and responsibilities and complexity in the workers’ compensation system. With this most recent phase of the retirement process, 379 of the 423 Decisions have been retired from policy status, and 44 remain to be considered.
