The Board of Directors approved a further consequential amendment to the Prevention Manual to implement the Workers Compensation Amendment Act (No. 2), 2002, or Bill 63. The policy in Item D12-196-7 now provides that an employer who has been ordered to pay an administrative penalty under section 196 must pay the amount of the penalty to the Board for deposit into the accident fund.
