Workplace Violence Prevention in K-12 Education

Violence can have a significant impact on the physical and psychological health and safety of workers. All workers, supervisors, and employers in the school system have a responsibility to help prevent workplace violence. In this video, industry leaders emphasize the importance of reporting violence, responding to incidents of violence when they occur, and re-evaluating prevention practices to help minimize the risk of future workplace violence.
