The Certificate of Recognition Program: Standards and Guidelines reflects 2011 criteria for employers to obtain and be recognized for having a Certificate of Recognition (COR). Notably, the return to work (RTW) program and incentive are no longer offered. Please refer to the more recent COR program policy, under AP5-247-4 in the Assessment Manual, which supercedes this document.
