Our Policy, Regulation and Research Department is requesting feedback on proposed amendments to Part 16, Mobile Equipment, sections 16.21 to 16.21.1 — Seat belts, of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. The consultation phase gives stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback prior to the proposed amendments being taken to public hearing.
