Last March 19, 2014, the Board of Directors approved amendments to the Permanent Disability Evaluation Schedule (PDES) in the Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual, Volume II, scheduled to come into effect on January 1, 2015. You can view the March 19, 2014 resolution here.

Since then, the Policy, Regulation and Research Division identified further amendments to the PDES. These amendments are not substantive and include the addition of pulmonary function tables in an appendix and other minor, editorial changes to the PDES. The Board of Directors approved these additional amendments on October 23, 2014.

The revised PDES with the additional amendments came into effect on January 1, 2015.
