The Board of Directors approved changes to the Prevention Manual removing the following three substances from the Table of Occupational Exposure Limits for Excluded Substances in Policy Item R5.48-1 so that the Threshold Limit Values will apply:

•    Cotton dust, raw, untreated,
•    Methyl isobutyl ketone, and
•    Thallium and soluble compounds
