Strikethrough and Explanatory Notes

This is a strikethrough version of the regulatory amendments used to invite feedback from stakeholders through written submissions or by participation at a public hearing, on the changes to miscellaneous sections of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation ("OHSR") to resolve certain implementation and compliance issues. The deletions are identified with a strikethrough and the additions are identified in bold.
