Skiing has been Mike Shaw's passion since a young age. But in a tragic twist of fate, Mike’s life changed in an instant. On December 16, 2013, Mike was working as a ski coach and demonstrated a jump for his team. He miscalculated and the impact of the fall left him paralyzed from the neck down. Since then, Mike has climbed his own personal mountain. He’s back to coaching and has made it his mission to educate others so he can help spare them from a similar fate.
