To determine whether there is any evidence to support the efficacy/effectiveness of Cryoderm Cooling Gel® in treating patient diagnosed with lumbar sprain/strain. Also, to determine whether there is any evidence to support the efficacy/effectiveness of Ligament Restore supplement in treating patient diagnosed with lumbar sprain/strain.
