To determine whether there is any evidence to support the (causal) association between (shoulder and neck) sprain/strain and the development of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). To determine whether there is any evidence to support the (causal) association between (shoulder and neck) sprain/strain and the development of fibromyalgia.
