Report unsafe work online
You can also use our online form to report an unsafe workplace. We monitor these reports during regular business hours only, so if you see something urgent outside of these hours, please call our Prevention Information Line number above. If you're reporting anonymously, we also recommend calling us so that we can ensure we have enough information to respond to your concern.
