Participatory ergonomics, appreciative inquiry, and the design of attractive work
The presentation will review evidence and lessons learned in the implementation of participatory approaches to improve workplace health and safety; introduce an appreciative inquiry framework for workplace change; and discuss preliminary results from a project in progress in Australia and Sweden that aims to identify opportunities for increasing the attractiveness of mining work.

Fostering a culture of safety in long-term care through a systems and participatory ergonomic approach
