Cost relief for serious and wilful misconduct of a worker

On May 25, 2022, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved changes to policy to relieve all costs associated with the serious and wilful misconduct of the worker.
The amended policies apply to all decisions, including appellate decisions, made on or after June 1, 2022.
