Based on feedback from employers and upgrades to our technology, most employers who log in to use our online services will now be able to get real-time updates to their clearance status and account balance.

Clearance status is tied to reporting and payment, and shows whether an employer is registered with us and in good standing. Previously, it could take a few days for clearance status to be updated to reflect a payment made online. Now, for most employers, it takes only seconds.

Employers who use our online services will also notice a new personalized insurance dashboard with easy access to reporting payroll and paying premiums, and tabs that are aligned to our key business areas. Other upgrades include the ability for employers to see their transaction history and keep multiple credit cards on file.
