Best Practices Information Sheets
Effective June 9, 2008, the Compensation Practice and Quality Department has re-adopted the term "Practice Directive" to describe our practice material. As a result, Best Practices Information Sheets have been consolidated with the former Practice Directives that were issued prior to the introduction of Best Practice Information Sheets in 2004. In facilitating this consolidation, we have re-numbered our practice material in order to index them by policy chapter.
We have created a conversion table to help guide users through this transition
