Board of Directors' decisions

Every month WorkSafeBC's Board of Directors make policy and regulation decisions that affect the workers and employers of British Columbia. For example, the decisions can affect the assessment rates an employer pays, or the level of benefits a worker receives.

Copies of Board of Directors decisions are available to the public and other interested stakeholders. Following each month, a summary of the decisions will be posted, along with a copy of the formal Resolution of the Board of Directors.

WorkSafeBC is committed to open communications with its stakeholders. If you have any questions about the decisions made by the Board of Directors, call the contact person noted after each summary.
