The Board of Directors, at their May 2012 meeting, approved the release for consultation of a discussion paper and proposed changes to the policy regarding Occupational Health and Safety (“OHS”) Warning Letters. Proposed deletions are identified with a strikethrough, and the new policy is in bold text and highlighted in yellow.
Your feedback on the discussion paper, options and draft policy must be received by 4:30 p.m., Friday, September 14, 2012 (extended to October 12, 2012)
