When do homeowners need to register?
When a homeowner hires a worker or a contractor they may need to register for WorkSafeBC insurance coverage.
WorkSafeBC has a number of registration resources for homeowners:

Homeowners can also find out if a business or contractor they have hired is registered and making its payments to WorkSafeBC by obtaining a clearance letter.
