Employer Payroll and Contract Labour Report

Each year, you are required to submit an Employer Payroll and Contract Labour Report to reconcile your account for the previous year.

To complete your report, you'll need:

  • Your payroll records for the previous year
  • If applicable, a record of payments to contractors and subcontractors, along with their names and addresses
  • The names of workers and active shareholders who have earned more than the maximum assessable worker earnings for the reporting year (the maximum is listed on your form)

You can complete your report online, where you can also find information about payment plans, view your latest transactions, and change your contact details. If you prefer, you can send your report by mail. Be sure to check the due date.
