Hallmarks of Quality Decisions
Hallmarks of Quality Decisions are intended to guide Appeal commisioners as they seek to maintain the highest quality of decisions. The Hallmarks were established before the publication of all Appeal Division decisions since January 1, 2000 on WorkSafe™ online. "Previous published Appeal Divison decisions" refers to Appeal Division decisions published in the Workers' Compensation Reporter.
