Review Process
How will the review be conducted?
The review officer must first consider the available information and then determine the issues under review and the method by which the review will be conducted.
There are three methods:
- a paper-based read and review
- a read and review with additional inquiries
- a review involving an oral hearing
What if I still disagree with the outcome of the review?
- If you still disagree after the review, you can appeal the decision to the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal (WCAT).
