Claims Management Solutions (CMS) will improve how quickly we handle claims and payments, and help us provide better service to injured workers.
You may notice some changes to the way we do business, but the majority of the work we do for injured workers has not changed.
We will continue to provide the best possible service to workers and keep disruptions to a minimum. However, given the magnitude of the change, the transition to a new system has resulted in some service delays. Our staff are working very hard to improve this situation.

We thank you for your patience during this transition period.
The goal of CMS is to provide greater access to information through additional telephone and online services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
