“There’s a very high level of professionalism in the IT department at WorkSafeBC, and an equally high standard is applied to the technical resources we work with. Before any new service pack, security patch, or application is introduced, it is properly and thoroughly tested. If the testing goes well, only then is that new technology applied and put into use within one of the organizational systems or processes.
The people I work with here are extremely well trained, and we support each other in terms of sharing our knowledge and experience in the field.
