Consultation on Proposed New Occupational Health and Safety (“OHS”) Policies Regarding Workplace Bullying and Harassment

The Board of Directors, at their May 2012 meeting, approved the release for consultation of a discussion paper and proposed new OHS policies regarding workplace bullying and harassment

Your feedback on the discussion paper and proposed new policies will be accepted until 4:30 p.m., Friday, September 28, 2012.

If you are not responding via the online feedback form, please include the following information in your written feedback:

  • Name of submitter(s)
  • Whether you are submitting on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization (if on behalf of an organization, please specify the name of the organization)
  • Whether you are commenting from a worker’s perspective, an employer’s perspective, or another perspective
  • Your level of support for the proposed changes to the policy - whether you generally agree, are generally neutral, or generally disagree
  • The reasons for your level of support of the proposed changes to the policy

All stakeholder feedback is carefully considered and analyzed, and provided to the Board of Directors of WorkSafeBC as part of their decision-making process.
