Workers' Compensation Reporter

The Workers' Compensation Reporter was published between 1984 and 2006 to highlight important decisions and documents provided by the:

  • Review Division
  • Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal (WCAT)
  • Board of Directors
  • Provincial and Supreme Courts

On March 3, 2003, Bill 63 was introduced, changing the WCB's appeal structure. The Appeal Division and the Review Board were replaced with the Review Division and the WCAT. As well, on January 1, 2003, the former Panel of Administrators was replaced with the Board of Directors. These changes are reflected in Volume 19.
