Canadian out-of-province providers — invoicing and reporting

All services must be pre-approved by WorkSafeBC. Please follow the instructions below to facilitate invoice payments:

  1. If you do not have a payee number, please obtain one by contacting WorkSafeBC Corporate and Health Care Purchasing Department at 604 276-3344.


  2. If you do not have the worker's claim number, please contact the Claims Call Centre at 604 231-8888 or Toll-free 1 888 967-5377.

Non-Canadian providers — invoicing and reporting

  1. If you do not have the worker's claim number, please contact the Claims Call Centre at 604 231-8888 or Toll-free 1 888 967-5377.


  2. Invoicing:

    • Please use the Generic Invoice - Medical and Health Care (PDF 117kb)

    • Ensure all information with an * is completed. Please note that you do not need to include a practitioner number.

    • Clearly indicate that this is a non-Canadian invoice.
  3. Please send your invoice by fax to 604 279-7590.
